1. General Terms of Use

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on pa77. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. pa77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from pa77 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All activity that occurs under your pa77 account — including deposits, bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Currency: All transactions on pa77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pa77 does not charge currency conversion fees. The amounts shown in your account balance, deposit screens, and withdrawal requests are all in BDT.
4.1 Deposits
pa77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard options. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. Deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your pa77 account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. pa77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used must be registered in your own name and match the identity details on your pa77 account. Deposits sourced from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended.
pa77 accepts deposits only for the purpose of funding gaming activity on the platform. pa77 accounts must not be used as a general-purpose payment or money storage facility. If pa77 determines that a player is using the account for purposes other than gambling, the account may be closed.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, as a fraud and money laundering prevention measure. pa77 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts requesting withdrawals to bKash or Nagad. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and the volume of requests being processed at the time.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Any active bonus funds must be played through to the required wagering multiple before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be made.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction as displayed on the cashier page.
- pa77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further due diligence.
- pa77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or bank processing systems.
4.3 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer in relation to a pa77 deposit is considered a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, pa77 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels. Players who believe a transaction has been processed in error should contact pa77 support directly before raising a dispute with their payment provider.
5. Bonus & Promotional Terms
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
pa77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup fixtures. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including minimum deposit amount, bonus percentage, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period — which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.
In the event of any conflict between the general bonus conditions set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence. Where no specific terms are stated, the general conditions in this section apply.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by pa77 are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of wager value, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms. pa77 reserves the right to adjust contribution percentages with reasonable prior notice.
Bonuses that have not been wagered to the required multiple within the stated expiry period will be forfeited along with any winnings derived solely from that bonus balance. Real-money funds in your account are not affected by bonus expiry.
5.3 Bonus Abuse & Misuse
pa77 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once.
- Using a bonus in conjunction with low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit the promotion rather than genuinely engage with the game.
- Coordinating with other players to claim bonuses collectively in a structured manner.
- Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion.
- Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
pa77's determination of bonus abuse is final. Where abuse is detected after a withdrawal has been processed, pa77 reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from future deposits or withdrawals on the account.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 General User Obligations
As a registered player on pa77, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in good faith, and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use pa77 in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or its underlying infrastructure, or interfere with any other player's use of pa77.
6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pa77 and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games on your behalf.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal means.
- Money laundering: Using pa77 as a vehicle to process, transfer, or disguise the origins of funds obtained through criminal activity.
- Hacking or exploitation: Attempting to access areas of pa77 not intended for public access, exploiting software bugs or errors, or interfering with the operation of games in any way.
- Match-fixing or insider betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or participating in the fixing or manipulation of any sporting event listed on the pa77 sportsbook.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by pa77
pa77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to complete identity verification, or if your account is subject to an ongoing investigation. 7.2 Closure by pa77
pa77 may permanently close your account if: a material breach of these Terms has been established; you are found to be under 18 years of age; you have provided fraudulent identity information; your account has been used for prohibited activities as defined in Section 6; or you are found to be registered on a self-exclusion list. Upon closure for cause, pa77 reserves the right to void all open bets, forfeit bonus balances, and — where fraud or criminal activity is established — withhold the entire account balance pending regulatory or law enforcement review.
7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
